4th Annual Emerald Isle Parade
What to have some fun with the kiddies and get dressed all in green? Well you don't have to get dressed in green but you will have a blast. The parade starts on Saturday the 14th of March at 1:00. The parade starts at Lee's Summit High School, marches down Green Street, turns onto Third at City Hall, truns onto SE Main by Howard Station Park (the depot), and then crosses Second to end at the Untied Methodist Church. Bring some chairs and get ready to crab candy that is being tossed your way. Hundreds of people line the street so if you want a certain spot grap it early. There will be a Pub Crawl to follow at 3:00 pm at all the participating drinking troughs. What could be more fun starting out this Spring than with a parade?
